UNA means one,
One body. One system. One shared experience.
UNA Pilates is built on a simple idea: Pilates is more than Reformer.
Most studios stop at one machine. We don’t.
At UNA, we integrate multiple Pilates apparatus into our classes. Reformer, Tower, Combo Chair, and Mat come together in focused group sessions of up to 7 people, allowing personal attention while moving as one.
The name UNA reflects unity and intention, where different pieces of equipment, methods, and movements connect seamlessly.
What makes UNA different is intention. Every class is precise yet fluid, challenging yet accessible. Designed to build strength, clarity, and a deeper connection to your body.
UNA is here to build a community. A place where everyone is welcome to move, to learn what Pilates truly is, and to feel the connection between body and mind.
No judgment. Just honest movement.
You arrive as you are. You leave grounded, energized, and part of a community.
UNA is not about perfection. It is about presence.
Our Location
Schinkel District
UNA Pilates is located in the Schinkel District, a neighborhood shaped by creativity and community.
Once an industrial area, the Schinkel District has grown into a vibrant community where workspaces, studios, and local businesses live side by side. It is a place where ideas are developed, routines are built, and people show up regularly, not just occasionally.
UNA fits naturally here.
Our studio is a street-level space designed to be open, welcoming, and part of the neighborhood. A place where familiar faces return, conversations happen, and movement is a part of everyday life.
This is not a destination you rush in and out of.
It is a home base.
A community space where creativity, care, and connection come together through movement.
